My Daily Routine for the Last 5 Years I committed to a strict regimen of intermittent fasting and nutrient-dense whole foods. Here is the routine that changed my life: 8:00 AM – The Power Breakfast.Apple & Celery 1 Boiled Egg & 2 Small Cucumbers 2 Scoops of Greek Yogurt 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter & 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh Lemon & 10 Pistachio 2:30 PM – The Final Meal Chicken Breast and Broccoli. After this meal, I fast until 8:00 AM the next morning.Movement & Mindfulness Every morning starts with 1 hour of Yoga, followed by breakfast, and then a 1-hour brisk walk. The Transformation: Results After 5 Years The first six months were the hardest. The temptation to snack in the evening was constant. But once the habit took root, my body adapted.
